Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage and service workers) that Better Horoscope uses, and complements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies, like local storage and service workers, let a site remember information between visits.

Cookies and technologies we use

• Profile cookies (essential): hold the birth details you enter and your like/dislike ratings, so your horoscope is personalized on every visit. They stay on your device for up to 400 days, and "Clear my details" in Settings removes them.
• Session cookie (essential): keeps your session state, such as a half-finished welcome step; required for the app to function.
• Google Analytics cookies: help us understand aggregate usage, like which pages and features are used.
• Google AdSense cookies: if we show ads, Google and its partners use cookies to serve and measure them, and may personalize them based on your browsing across sites.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies in their settings. Disabling essential cookies means the site can't remember your details between visits. You can opt out of personalized Google ads in My Ad Center, and out of other vendors' personalized ads at aboutads.info/choices.
